Greetings! I hope everyone is having as much fun this month switching their AC to Heat and back to AC again as we are at the Chase house.

6 very important things in this email about our 2025 State Meet and the 2024-2025 End of Season Swim Banquet. Please read this entire email.

1) We want to wish the best of luck and fast swims to our swimmers competing in the State Meet this week at UT!

State Swimmers:

Boys and girls 200 medley and 200 Free relays (Audree Foster, Allison Walker, Olivia Brown, Molly McQuinn, Caitlyn McLarty, Colby Nash, Daryl Guzman, Dylan Pendell, Kai Funaro, Mathew Timm, Kyan Allen)

Audree Foster in the 100 backstroke and 100 freestyle!

Kai Funaro in the 50 and 100 freestyle!

These swimmers have worked hard to qualify for State so please come out to cheer them on Friday and Saturday

2)The End of Season 2024 -2025 Swim Banquet will be Thursday, April 3, 2025, 6-8 pm @The Oasis Lake Travis 6550 Comanche Trail, Austin TX 78732 (please note new banquet location!)

• Tickets for the banquet are on sale now!
• Swimmer/manager tickets are paid for by the booster club.
• All other guests are $25/ticket. You must have a ticket to enter the venue.
• Tickets are available to purchase for $25/ticket via Zelle: [email protected] or $25.58/ticket (ticket + fees*) by Venmo @Rouseswimboosterclub2025. Please add the description on Zelle or Venmo  "Banquet Ticket, (quantity) for family of (swimmer name)".
• The deadline to buy tickets will be March 24th

3) Brag Ads are on sale

• It is that time of year to brag about the hard work our swimmers/managers have accomplished this year!
• Please include the first and last name of the swimmer/manager as well as a short paragraph to include on your ad - Here is the link:

• Once you have completed the form you must send your $25 (half page) or $50 (whole page) payment via Zelle: [email protected] or $25.58 by Venmo (half page + fees*) or $51.05 (whole page + fees*) @Rouseswimboosterclub2025 please add the description for Zelle or Venmo "Brag ad for .... swimmer name".
• We must have the payment to complete the submission!
• Be sure to buy your ticket and come to the Banquet on April 3rd to get your program with your Brag Ad!
• Deadline to purchase brag ads will be March 7th

4) Senior Parents Only!- we need 10-20 photos of your Senior from baby to present. This will be used in our senior slideshow at the banquet. Please email those to [email protected]as soon as possible. The deadline to submit those photos will be March 14th

5) You may have noticed we are listing two different prices for items/tickets being purchased. We highly encourage using the Zelle option for purchasing since it does not charge the team fees for transactions. IF you do not want to use Zelle and want to use Venmo that option is still available to you but it will reflect the higher price which are the fees the team is charged to use their service. The formula we are using to calculate what fee to ask for is the amount of the item/ticket x 0.019 + 0.10. This seems small but does add up throughout the year.

6) It's time to nominate new board members for our 2025-2026 school year! What better way to always know what is going on and be an active participant in support of our Raiders. We cannot support the team well without participation from our parents.

• Positions are: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Social Media/Historian
• Please send any nominations you have for these positions to [email protected] by midnight on March 24th
• When nominating someone, include the nominee's name, the position you are nominating them for, and an email address where we can contact them to verify acceptance of the nomination.
• We will have vacancies so please consider running. You can also nominate yourself so don't be shy
• Voting will take place at the banquet Thursday April 3rd 2025 and the new board members will be announced at the end of the evening.
